Tartu Student Villa Apartments located in the city center near Tartu University, Estonia. It is the perfect location for students, individuals, artists, RTW-travelers, families and small groups maximum 21 people.

We are between the main building of the University and the Festival Arena in an interesting part of the city. The apartments are detached and provide a peaceful place for living, and are practically located in the city center, with plenty of possibilities for leisure.

We have 5 apartments with a total 21 beds. All apartments have own kitchen and bathroom. Free internet and car parking front of Tartu Student Villa house in street.

Every apartment has separate permanent internet connection and TV. In the premises there is also storage room for bicycles as well as a private garden corner. Nearby there is a sports park and the River Emajõgi.

Please note that credit cards are not accepted.
Rooms are for non-smokers but we have designated smoking areas.
