Hollydene Lodge is one of Hobart's oldest, historic buildings. It has been run as a hotel/ guest housel since it was built in 1820's Today we continue to follow the tradition of a warm welcome and friendly service for travellers from all around the world. .

Within five minutes walking distance you will find Hobart's docks with numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants serving fresh seafood. Our guests can go sailing or take a day cruise to Port Arthur Historic site or the Cadbury Chocolate Factory. Another five minutes walking and you will find the famous Salamanca Markets.

You can ask at reception about the many local tours and activities including diving, abseiling and three to seven day tours of Tasmania which all pick up from Hollydene Lodge.
