“All was really great. Sean (manager) was very nice (and explain us everything about supermarkets, restaurants, etc.), our room was clean, warm and tidy. It's the best choice for that money.

Description

The Old Rectory B & B Guesthouse, is a 2 storey building which was built in 1912 and is located 10 mins from Sydney Airport & 5mins from the City Centre.

Rates include FREE domestic pickup and free daily continental breakfast. The B&B has a total of 7 rooms- doubles, twins and singles available with shared bathroom or private ensuite.

Rooms have high ceilings, timber floors and beautiful archways. Each room also has TV, clean linen and towels.

Restraunts in walking distants or you can call for a Home Delivery from 5 different restaurants. For the kids- The Cook River (see picture) great park area with picnic/BBQ area right on the water.

The main building is non smoking but there are smoking areas located on the upstairs balcony and the outdoor courtyard.

We at the Old Rectory will send you a greeting email & what to do for the FREE airport pickup- at which you can mail back for any changes and enquires!!

NOTE: Please check your arrival times carefully as if you are a 'NO SHOW' after 3 hours, your booking maybe cancelled and up to 2 days full rate charged. If you are a NO SHOW the next day- 100% no refund.

CANCELLATIONS: If within & including 10 days then $50 will be charged. If within & including 72 hrs then up to 2 days full rate will be charged. (after checkin, any cancellation-100% no refund)

Xmas Holidays: (1 Dec-31 Jan) if within & including 2 weeks then $50 + 10% of full rate booked will be charged (after checkin, any part or full cancellation- 100% no refund)
(23 Dec - 8 Jan) NO REFUND

NEW YEARS EVE BOOKINGS: Minimum 5 days stay required, starting & including 28 Dec-3 Jan. Even if you are not staying over the whole period these days must be paid for.
