“the first room offered was in a basement..damp without tv...so i had to upgrade apart from that great..easy tram to center and airport

“Worst experience in any accommodation in the past 3 years... We paid for a double room ensuite. Yet we had to share an outside bathroom. The staff were completely unwilling to refund us for this huge mistake. The place was dirty. The lights in the outside bathroom did not work. The toilet seat was broken and on the floor. It was awful. I am going to lodge an official complaint.

“nothing like the description on the website. B and B without the breakfast, located directly in front of a tram line that seems busy all the time. not as close to the centre of prague as advertised. however, problems ressolved and moved to a better place after complaining vigourously.

“Bathroom smelled of mold and mildue. Also bathroom in dire need of cleaning from top to bottom. The shower base area leaked onto the entire bathroom floor so it could not be kept dry. Therefore it is obvious why mold and mildue thrive. Garbage was not emptied until requested and only by having the guest bring out the garbage to the front reception area. Generally staff was quite helpful in ensuring that guests were aware of needs for personal security on public transit etc. Close to public transit and to local restaurants and to downtown area. The whole room needed vaccuming and that had not been thoroughly done for some time. Dirty dishes from the previous guests were placed into the cupboard (likely by prior guests) but the staff did not check for clean utensils or dishes for new guests. I would not stay at this facility again nor recommend it to anyone.

“although it had been advertised as bed and breakfast in all correspondence,including the initial advert,breakfast could be purchased in the greek cafe around the corner,to use the kettle you took your life into your own hands trying to pick it up without the handle falling off,but my main complaint was the fact that nowherein the advert or in the correspondence did it say that we would have to go out and get cash from a cash point on arrival to pay for the room as they did't take any kind of credit or debit card at the pension albert,i really feel this is a matter that should have been told to tourists before booking!

“very moody and unhelpful staff, no tv when one was advertised, had to ask for towels, broken shower, but, for the price you cant really complain too much.. and decent location
