Russell Court Hotel

“Our triple room was a double and a single - it does state this on the hotel's website but not on yours. The manager offered to make it 3 singles but only if we gave him £60 for his troubles - we refused. We got charged 2.5% for paying by switch - it does not say this on your website. It was £5 to park our car every night and on the day of departure we were told we would have to pay again unless we moved the car by 10.30am. The room was small and the bathroom had not been decorated since the 70's. The hotel is massively over priced at £45 each per night. The management just seem to want to make money in any way possible.
