Privately operated b&b-a quiet cul de sac modern house 3km from city centre.
All rooms are modern, neautral decor, shared bathrooms, full use of kitchen, communal lounge with fax, tv, telephone 24/7 wi fi broadband.

We have single, double, twin and family rooms. Off-street parking for 6 cars -no frills warm, friendly accomodation for tourists, businessmen and visitors alike with full English breakfast.Breakfast served from 8:00 hours to 9:00 hours.

We are 3 km city centre direct bus service from city or bus/train station. No frills, good homely value for money rooms!Ideal for the tourist, visitor & businessman, a privately owned 'home from home' for a budget night's rest and sleep.

Botanical Gardens (2 km) - Historic gardens established over a century ago.
Cambridge University (3 km) - Charming colleges, gardens and the River Cam.
American Cemetery (12 km) - Amercian 1st and 2nd World War cemetery, set in beautiful grounds.

Good condition throughout, ample parking off road.

Cancellation is 48 hours or else value of first night will be charged.
