“we did not stay at this hotel,becouse it was disgasting,it was dirty,the rooms were small,there was difficulty acess to the rooms,the satirs were dangerous,and the room was downstairs,and the view to the street was horrible and smelly,so we decide to look for another hotel,and we hope you do not charge any money to us,because we are very disapointed about this

“The lift was out of order and our room was down a very narrow steep flight of stairs which we felt were dangerous when trying to manouvere luggage. The room was a fiar size but was full of furniture. The shower door hit of the television when you opened it and there was no room to get round the beds.
