At Spectrum we offer three sizes of apartment but all our apartments only have one standard, that being outstanding. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces are finished in cooler than cool high gloss pure white matching perfectly with the deep cream carpets. In addition we decided to go 'over budget' and fit each apartment living room with a 'white' state of the art, Samsung 40” LCD, flatscreen TV with freeview. The spacious living quarters display an elegance and understatement suited to the requirement of our international guests. One Bedroom Studio Style Apartment

A cool chic modern city pad styled and furnished in cream white. The double bedroom area is enclosed in an opaque glass surround which flows through to the relaxed living room area. The living area has a sumptuous sofa, smart glass chrome dining suite finished with a glass swivel coffee table. The shower room is styled in contemporary white tiling set off with high gloss white fitted cabinets. The apartment enjoys the use of a samsung 40' LCD TV.



One Bedroom Full Suite Apartment
This roomy apartment comprises of one double bedroom and separate living area. The smartly designed kitchen is equipped with a full compliment of ultra modern appliances finished with uber cream white cabinetry. The bathroom has a tub as well as shower facilities. In addition to all the above mentiond high spec appliances the apartment has the use of the latest samsung 40' white framed LCD TV. The apartment also benefits from the use of a balcony.

Two Bedroomed Full Suite Apartment
The Spectrum two bedroom apartments are very spacious complete with a full bathroom and a second en suite shower room to the master bedroom. The living area has a pair of sumptuous leather sofas, smart glass chrome dining suite and finished with a glass swivel coffee table. The kitchen area is cool white, clean and modern. Our two bed apartments as with our other styles has the use of a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven and hob and a full compliment of kitchen utensils and crockery. The apartment enjoys the use of a large private balcony.
