We now charge a 5% fee for all card transactions.
The total cost of your booking must be paid in full on arrival - otherwise we may refuse to check you in.

All toilets and showers are shared, we do not offer ensuite rooms.

Breakfast excluded from room rental rates.

Please call to check if breakfast will be available during your stay.

Our check in time is from 12am to 10pm

We reserve the right to charge an early check-in fee of £5 per hour till 11am and a late check-in fee of £5 per hour after 11pm.

Standard checkout is by 12am, you can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £10 per hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay you must leave by 1pm.

All Group bookings of 4 or more will be asked a security bond of £20 per person which will be held by us through the course of their stay and depending on the state of the room, the bond will be returned.
