“Because it was cheap for Munich and close to the station, it appeared to be more of backpacker's accommodation, quite old, very squeaky floorboards, thin walls, and noisy residents in the next room than we expected. Staff did supply us with another room, when the first one they showed us was too small, and the toilet didn't flush properly, and the TV not tuned in to new digital channels. Email facilities were available for visitor use at a cheap rate, which was very useful.
