Economy Hotel

“I just stayed at the Economy for one night and i have everything good to say about the place... the value for money is amazing.... i paid like 50 euros for a single room with a bath.... excellent! pity i couldn't get a room again when i had to go back after missing my flight back out from athens. I'll recommend the hotel to everyone! Kipianos (don't know how to spell the name) at the reception was very helpful.

“The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with suggestions re sightseeing and directions etc. The hotel was lovely and clean and provided a good breakfast. It was also located very centrally which made it easy to get around Athens. I would expect to pay more for a hotel of this quality and would recommend it to anyone going to Athens.

“The reception staff spoke good English and were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast room was light and airy. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

“Basic but comfortable, not much atmosphere but staff friendly, breakfasts v good value, though terrible coffee! Location excellent for being central, but on the edge of a rather seedy district. Would stay there again for ease and value.

“very convenient loctaion to metro stns, walking distance to Acropolis, and Plaka, and wonderful rooftop lounge! Staff are very helpful. Would stay there again.
