The Hotel Makrovilág (FEHER PÁVA) building dates from the first half of the 19th century, and in 1839 functioned under the name 'White Peafowl= Fehér Páva Inn'. Visitors and guests can feel this atmosphere now in the early 21st century as well. We provide 15 rooms with 1-5 beds, sleeping a total of 55 guests. The hotel has a nice restaurant and wine-cellar.

All rooms have their own style, full of harmony. They are simple but well-equipped, each with a separate bathroom. The colours are not shrill, but we prefer bright shades which still convey a sense of tranquillity.

The hotel is situated in Budapest's inner town, a one-minute walk from Kalvin Square metro stop.

Makrovilag is ideal for young people who want to enjoy the night life in the city centre, or for anyone on a low budget who still wants some privacy and comfort!
