Next to 'Astoria' metro station -a strategic central location- 500 metres from the Danube river and within 5 minutes walking distance to important squares such as 'Kalvin ter', 'Ferenciek tere', 'Blaha Lujza ter' and 'Deak F. ter', with most of the night life places around the corner to enjoy live music, dance, good food, etc., such as Old Man's pub, Szimpla, Living room, Cha-cha-cha, Godor club, ecc., we are opposite to the Grand Sinagogue and 200 metres from the National Museum, as well as near to other interesting sights such as St. Stephen's Basilica, the Central Hall Market and the Gellert and Rudas thermal baths, the Duna Corso and, a bit further on the Buda side, the Royal Castle and the St. Mathias Church.

We provide large and bright rooms with double bed, twin beds, and dorms with 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 beds (please note that some of the rooms are located in apartments within a short 5-7 minutes walking distance from 'Astoria' metro station to 'Kálvin ter' -in the downtown area), we offer laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a furnished kitchen for self-catering and individual lockers with own key. We have special discounted prices prices for long stays.

Ours is an small and friendly hostel housed in apartments in 19th century middle class residential buildings.

IMPORTANT: As we do NOT have 24-hour reception desk, despite the arrival time given at the moment of processing the booking, it will be highly appreciated a reconfirmation by email or sms of the aprox. arrival time to the hostel, specially if the arrival is planned after midnight or very early in the morning.

As the prices are in euros, the payment is expected in cash at arrival in euros or its equivalent in Hungarian currency (buying rate).
