“Room did not have a chair, no luggage (case) rack, no table for the tea/coffee making facilities, these were placed on the bedside table, thus making boiling water for tea rather precarious. No shelf under the large mirror in the bedroom to put things on, as no dressing table. There was only the bed and two lockers in the room! But cleanliness was superb.

“All 4 of us very pleased with ABC House B&B. It was very clean, tidy and well presented. It was also convenient to Croke Park and the shops. We would definately stay there again. Also it was very reasonably priced.

“We all had a very good stay at the ABC House. Joseph made us feel very welcome and passed on some useful tips on travelling to and from City Centre and info about sites and attractions to visit. Rooms were very clean and nice and warm. Decor was very good and the dining area's and lounge were very tastefully decorated. Overall, we had a brillinat weekend and on our next stay in Dublin we will definately be returning to see Joseph at ABC House. Thank you Joseph

“Was warm, comfortable, and the people who run the guest house are lovely - very friendly, and hospitable! They serve a very nice breakfast. Only one downside, the water for the shower was not very warm when I showered to go out one night; but was just right in the morning! Make sure you shower early, so that there is enough warm water, before going out for the night. Small price to pay for a very nice stay. We would go back there tomorrow, and recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Dublin. Is well situated for the buses, and not far for either the city, or the airport.

“The owners and staff at the ABC where very helpful and friendly in giving suggestions and directions to tourist attractions. The Guest House run on a family orientated basis giving a relaxing and comfortable accomodation. If I return to Dublin in the future I will certainly consider staying there again.
