“we never ended up staying at this appartment the place was dirty nothing like what you show on the internet the rooms was not ready until 3.30pm when we got into the room after being cleaned well i would not put a dog in this appartment. We was young girls wanting to enjoy a weekend which ended in us looking for some where else to stay as this appartment was just horrible I have been told by the hotel that i can get my depoist back so how do i go about getting this PLEASE RPLY BACK TO THIS

“what do you mean "we hope you enjoyed the stay", when we got there there was no reservation made at the apartments even though we had a reference number and booking confirmation from yourselves. i have e-mailed you repeatedly but with no response from you. i m reallydisappointed in the service you offer and will not be using your site again and will be advising others not to use it either. i contacted the apartments 3 times to try and sort the matter out and no one could help me .

“Could have done with two towels each. Also, if you add a couple euro to the cost, it would be nice to have a starter pack containing tea bags, coffee and milk - sachets is all that's required, much the same as you would get in a hotel room. Also, a shelf in the bathroom beside the mirror would have been handy to put toothpaste etc.
