“we had to pay for our stay in first day!In every hotel I paid in last day and it was suprise for my. Just try change it!!!

“There was no hot water on Saturday and Sunday - we compalined to reception and they said that they would fix it but they did not, They never apologised for the inconvenience caused. I thought that this was poor service on their part.
