“Is a very nice Hotel, the breakfast that is included in the price is really good and complete, butter, toasts, croissant, mermelade, orange juice and coffee/milk/tea, the only problem is that is from 8:30 to 10:30...it has an elevator to the hotel floor, the place is not so noisy but it is like 10 minutes away from Termini instead of 5 minutes as they said at the webpage, there are plenty of buses lines near the hotel(piazza del cinquechento), the closest one is 70 bus line and the street is not the safest, you could feel unsafe walking at late night over there. The air conditioner is not included and they would charge you 10 euros per day for using it(you will need to use it probably!), everything was so clean and the bathroom is fine, anyways i think i would recommend it!

“Staff were very obliging, kept our luggage for us etc., let us in very late at night. Breakfast poor quality, proper coffee preferable. Would recommend to others, but it would be better to explain in advance how it is managed from another property.

“Not the easiest place to find and not particularly inviting from the outside, but inside was great. The street map we were issued with by the hotel staff was useful. A safe in our own room was a bonus for passports etc. Expect to pay an extra 5 euros per night for the air conditioning. A do-it-yourself breakfast delivered to the room no dining facilities!
