“It was about 40 to 50 stairs to the room. Not an easy feat with luggage. It was our experincce in Venice that many establishments like these required a " hike " to get to your room.

“WAS A DIFFCULT PLACE TO FIND, BUT ONCE WE FOUND IT, THERE WERE HEAPS OF STAIRS TO CLIMB, BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY CLOSE TO EVERTHING THAT WE WANTED TO SEE AND DO. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE GOING TO VENICE.

“Good location to central attractions and water buses. Stairs may be an issue if elderly or unfit - 3 flights of steep, narrow stairs just to reception. NO FOOD at all, no coffee or tea provisions (recommend snack bar opposite on left for breakfast). Clean, basic room, friendly staff, good base for exploring Venice. Room 11 has en-suite.
