“I haven´t stayed at other hotels in the hotel zone in Cancun but from my research this one is very good value. While other hotels are bigger with more pools, people, bars etc, this one has got everything you need for half the price. The food was good quality and value too. Í may have gone at a quiet time, but don´t expect lots of entertainment.

Description

The Imperial Las Perlas Cancún is the ideal hotel to spend your vacation in the Mexican Caribbean. We are a small friendly and conveniently located three star hotel. The helpful staffs are committed to making sure you enjoy your stay with us. We are available to suggest places to go and how to get there. We want you to consider us your home in Cancun.

Our property has 6 separate buildings that surround a freshwater swimming pool (with an adult and children’s pool), each with 3 floors.

The front of the hotel is on Kukulcán Boulevard, the main street of the hotel zone.

The hotel is on a white sand Caribbean beach, with tranquil water, that is perfect for swimming and water sports.

“ Gaviotas” Restaurants, located on the beach overlooking the Caribbean, are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily serving meals and beverages.

Safe deposit boxes available:
-In the room have a charge of $2.00usd per day.
-Free of charge at the front desk.
-Babysitting can be arranged for an additional charge (on request).
-Water sports are available at our Marina Las Perlas.

Rooms:
All 120 of our large ocean view studio rooms have a kitchenette, individual air-conditioning, two double beds, shower, telephone, color satellite TV, marble floors and balcony or terrace. They also have a kitchenette with a mini bar, sink, two electric stove and essential utensils.

Hotel policies:
14% Taxes are NOT included, it will be charged at your check in
Once you reserve, if canceled deposit is NON refundable. If your reservation is noshow you will be charge for 1 night.
Once you reserve, if canceled 48 hrs before arrival will be a penalty charge of 1 night. except in Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays for this dates will be charge the 100% total amount stay.
