“Beds too soft and squishy. Stairs very steep - but that's Amsterdam! Staff friendly though not so well informed about bike routes as website suggested.

“On the whole very pleased. However a tip for people staying more than a couple of days. A wipe down of the sinks and empty of bins every other day. Also variety for breakfast possibly fruit. Hope this is helpful.
