“Ok price as it was in an excellent location, close to main parts. Room alot shabbier than expected, especially bathroom which was very small!, other than that room was clean and gentleman at reception very helpful. DONT order food at hotel after midnight! we paid 14 euros for 3 cans of coke, 4 slices of bread and a few slices of packet ham and cheese!. Try to avoid room 5 as neighbours in room next door above neighbouring shop were at it from 12-4 then continually talked and laughed until 7am! Over all good value, good location and we enjoyed our stay very much. :0)

Best location to the RAI Exposition and Congress Centre!

Hotel Ajax is a perfect choice for business people also, as it is possible to move very easy and fast through Amsterdam by the public transport. Especially the Rai Exposition can be reached very easily as tram number 4 stops in front of the hotel and takes you straight to the Exhibition center without any stops over. (From 2011 we also will have a metro station in front of the hotel especially for RAI visitors.)
