“Due to illness I had to cancel but the email address provided was incorrect and the telephone number lead to a recorded message, I left cancellation message but recieved no confirmation about cancellation. Very poor service

“One of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in.On the second morning both myself and partner woke up with bites all over our bodies.On returning to the uk we were still getting bites. The view of the kitchen roof with old beer bottles and used underwear on it was not pleasant. Light bulbs were broke, wardrobe door had a screw for handle, the hot taps were the cold taps and the room was tiny. I was not expecting a palace for the price but for 165 euros i would have expected a little more.

“obviously the owners are fairly new, a lot of money is needed to be spent on the hotel to get it to a decent standar. Staff were helpful and polite. location superb. clearer web-site definition of room status required. thanks
