“I had an excellent stay here and although the hotel was a bit dirty around the edges the bedding was clean which is all you need when you are having a smoking weekend in amsterdam. The staff here are great especially the one who works the nights.

“OK it was very basic in fact a bit of a dump but that wasn't a problem considering the price we paid. Unfortunately the fellow on the desk on Saturday was really funny with us, totally surly, unhelpful and rude. There is absolutely no excuse for treatment like that regardless of the cost. Shame because his colleague Irit was quite friendly and helpful.
