“Very old ugly looking and dirty hotel with lousy services.

“Short comment: had booked on the internet and paid partially upfront. This was not in the system and the bill was thereofre not correct. After some (short) discussion, the problem was solved but I had to show the print of the booking... Should have been there from the beginning...
