“the hotel was excellent value for money and the staff very helpful. When I arived at the hotel they had no knowledge of my booking at the hotel, I was dissapointed that I had to have a single room when a double room was booked, this was no fault of the hotels and the staff were very helpful and i was grateful for a room at all. It has made me very sceptical of booking a hotel via your web site again especially as £8.15 was taken out of my account.
