“I was incredibly disappointed with the location and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, even though we found out at the end of our stay that they could speak relatively good english. The menu in hotel was also in Spanish so it was impossible for us to eat and the meal times were erratic with no evening meal during the week. I would under no circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Good value, with breakfast included in the price. Helpful staff. Location about a 20 minute bus ride to the centre of town. Only negative was the window in the room did not open and therefore was very hot. Overall, recommended.

“It is difficult to talk to the staff because nobody of the staff speaks Englisch or a foreign language . thanks for the good care , the order of the taxi and the early breakfast
