Breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly. However, do not expect too much of the matrasses. Mine was at least nearly 10 years old with no material on each side. It really needs to be replaced. It will make the stay much more enjoyable.

The main Broad Street area is just a £5 taxi ride away. The rooms are dated compared to 'brand' hotels but they are ensuite, include a tv and are reasonable for the cost.

Will certainly go there again if we are in Birmingham.
