The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only thing was that the hotel was a little far from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby, so transoportation isn't a problem. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Overall, I was really happy with my experience and I would reccomned Hotel Maxim to everyone.

We were sure we were in the wrong place, because there was no way we should have paid so little for such a high quality hotel! Backpackers, you should make this place a priority if youre in Verona. Not a great location, as it\'s a good 30 minute walk into the city, and the busses stop running at about 10pm, but Verona is definitely worth a visit, and Hotel Maxim was a great place to visit it from. For the rest of our trip we continued to say, \"Okay, I wish Hotel Maxim was in (Enter name of city here).\" Clean, clean, clean, with A/C and cable tv, and nice soft bed.

It is important to know that the bus No. 11/12/13 does not travel on Sundays and not after 8.oo p.m. There are busses, but No. 91/92/93. Very good: There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy everything.

Vielleicht schon ein bischen zu edel um bei Trav gelistet zu sein. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage!!! Das Frühstück hat auch für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Ohne Mietwagen muss man von Verona City schon einiges laufen. Und noch ein Hinweis für alle die sparen wollen: Im selben Gebäude wie das Hotel ist ein großer Supermarkt mit vernünftigen Öffnungszeiten. Fazit: Etwas weniger Luxus und dafür ein geringerer Preis. (ca. 30 Eur / Nacht) wären mir lieber gewesen. Aber Vorsicht: Die Region Gardasee - Verona ist allgemein SEHR TEUER. Es gibt auch andere schöne Gegenden, in denen die Menschen nicht so gierig sind.
