| Comments: Easy to find and in a great location on the sea front. Friendly foreign staff. Clean simple room and bathroom - could do with new carpet etc. Worth paying extra for cooked breakfast, dining area clean and bright with sea view. Nothing fancy but decent for the money. |

| Comments: Found this very poor accommodation for the price we paid - (£75 per night!) Very old, creaky floorboards, decor in need of serious revamp, creaky bedframes, super-thin duvet and uncomfortable mattress which left us freezing, oh and curtains that fell off the rail when we tried to close them! Our room would've had a glimpse of the beach, but the windows were so grimy you couldn't see out of them. Once there was no hot water all day and when we asked were told the boiler was broken so we'd have to go without a shower that day...believe me I'm a very optimistic person and always try to make the best of a bad situation, I've travelled a fair bit and slept in some dodgy places, but this accommodation was a joke for the price paid. The location was great, and apart from this place we had a great time, Brighton is a fantastic city! I don't mind staying in places that may be a bit 'rougher around the edges', but the price should match this... |

| Comments: It was the worst hotel on my trip. The wallpaper was damaged and dirty, also the floor carpet. Both windows was damaged and it was difficult to open. I won't choose again. |

| Comments: We got an i-pod and cash stolen from our room! On Sunday night we went out for dinner and drinks, when we arrived back our room door was open and things had been taken, so very unhappy with the security as the door was broken but someone had unlocked it so either the keys fit or the staff came in.
A real shame as loaction is fantastic. |

| Comments: Hotel was average however we had a bad experience due to the loud music from the bar downstairs which didn't stop until around 3am. |

| Comments: Very clean, albeit dated, building. 24 hour reception, which I thought was excellant. Central location. Staff were friendly enough. Only gripe I had were that the continental breakfast was scale toast and scale cornflakes with ecomoney t bags and watered down orange juice - hardly worth them going to the trouble to do. |

| Comments: Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and pretty quiet. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Brighton Pier, but I liked the slightly out of the way location. |

| Comments: Frankly appalled by the whole experience. Nothing like what the description on the website led me to expect. Bare, shabby, scuffed, depressing interior. Reception area like a holding pen. Rude, disinterested staff. No facilities. Massively over priced. Incessant noise all night from the club, club goers waiting for taxis, then hotel residents running riot through the corridors. Corridor doors shoul be weighted so they shut quietly rather than the continual banging. Horrible bed clothes and flimsy duvets. Breakfast a joke - huge resentment at being asked to pay to upgrade to the proper breakfast. Transparent chepa ham, dried out processed cheese, shrivelled tomatoes, cardboard toast and watered down orange juice is not a continental breakfast. The coffee was ok. All in all, a thoroughly disappointing stay and a total waste of money. |

| Comments: Very noisy at night because you could hear the music from the club and could hear people outside during the early hours of the morning.
Very close to restaurants, shops and bars. |

| Comments: The location was good - about a 10 minute walk from the train and right near the beach. Make sure you bring a print out of your reservation confirmation as they lost our reservation. We gave them the confirmation and they were able to find a room for us. |

| Comments: We had sea view on the old burned down pier which was cool - inb a crazy room with a bent floor - very bizarre. They pretty much leave you up to your own business there, i'd say it's good value for money, just don't expect anything luxurious. |

| Comments: Apart from the fire alarm going off twice in the early morning I was happy with the Hotel, it was clean and an ideal position. |
