| Comments: The apartment was in a great location and easy to find from the Keleti Train Station. Much better option than a hostel for a little difference in price. Perfect place for us older folks. |

| Comments: Rooms and location were excellent, however upon arrival I did ask if I should park in the underground of the building, and I got positive answer. So I assummed that was the parking mentioned on the guesthouse www (and on a board in the reception). During checkout it turned out that the guesthouse had some private space and we had been parking in a public space which was more expensive. Please clearly inform guests arriving by car which parking is actually yours for the price you display. |

| Comments: Address given in the booking confimation is different from the actual location!!!! Unaccepatble! We are wasting time to find it out with two big luggages. No washing machine in the apartment as the booking promised. Staff is not familiar with the surrounding facilities, giving wrong information, eg laudary shop and the market are not open on Sunday but the staff says yes. We wasted our time to travel there to find out they were closed! |

| Comments: Not a hostel but an appartment! Extremely good value and very convenient. Not as fun as staying at a hostel but still great. |

| Comments: this was by far the nicest hostel yet....Kalman (at the desk) was a great help... couldn't believe the price, the quality of the "hostel"....think it better classified as a small apartment for rent....definitely would stay here again....no internet...but 3 cafes with a block of the front door...area was nice...signage was a problem....need more since your looking for a hostel not an apartment building..... |

| Comments: The rooms were spacious, warm and clean; excellent value for money. The only whinge I have is that there are no internet or laundry services. Ordinary, that would not be a problem, except that Budapest seems sufficiently void of laundrymats. We asked staff if they could direct us to the nearest washing facility; the receptionist was willingly helpful but sent us to a dry cleaner by mistake. We also needed medical treatment; on this occasion a different receptionist had neither the local knowledge nor the will to help. |

| Comments: Unfortunately my stay at Agape began badly as I did not realise I was booking a hostel, thought i was booking a hotel room. Hostel accommodation was very basic and not inviting at all but when we were transferred to the new building I was impressed with the building. Feel that the description on the internet didnot give a proper view of the different types of accommodation.

| Comments: My room was in a second building (not the one on my booking), with a reception that closed at 6pm each day. However, you're given a key to get in and out and it was right by a metro station, several shops and bars. The room was fairly spacious with good facilities, though the daily service only involved emptying of bins. |

| Comments: A fantastic place to stay - we will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Bratislava. It was a great location and although the building may look run down from the outside, the apartments are only a year old and are very comfortable. HIGHLY recommended. The owner, Igor, is lovely and was very helpful - he's a tourist info bureau too! |

| Comments: Agape is a very good value for the money. It is centrally located in Pest, next to a Metro stop. My private room had a TV with something like 80 channels (no additional charge), a fan and small refrigerator! Everything was clean. The lift is claustrophobic, but you can use the stairs... |

| Comments: The location certainly has its share of Budapests homeless. But it is also right at the Metroľ and buses to egt to the tourist spots.
And, it is a few blocks from trendy Agassaz Blvd..or whatever it was. Personally, I walked Buda and Pest from the hotel. This place is a tram ride for many others, though.
Building is pretty spooky, but my hall and room were modern, bright and clean. I was given four keys at checkin. I guess security is extensive for a reason.
This is more a budget hotel than hostel..no sense of community. Breakfast is one Euro for croissant and Nescafe coffee.
The key deposit is good if you are not leaving before 7am, when the office opens. |

| Comments: this "hostel" has amazing rooms. A friend and I paid 13 euros each for a room that was a 10 minute walk from the train station, perfect location for walking to all sites, and had a fridge and tv! It was basically like a nice guest bedroom in a house. This place rocks! |

| Comments: It was very very hot in the room and very noisy from the traffic and bright light from the streetlamp all night
Some type of curtains would have helped against the sun and lamps |

| Comments: They lost our reservation and made us come back twice to check in. In the end they made it all right for us. But we didn't enjoy waiting to get in after paying money for an online reservation, that was in actuality NOT a downpayment like the web site said. Don't get me wrong, in the end everything turned out A-OK. |

| Comments: We had the private double ensuite and it was really spacious and had everything you need. We also stayed for a night in just a private double and it was smaller and we shared the bathroom with one other room, but we had no problems and everything was fine. We were very satisfied. |
