Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating France 2nd November 2008 Male 25-30 4/5 Comments: a cool place,fun and cosy.the lady(the"pink lady") at the reception was quiet a character,very helpful and friendly. place provides a FREE landry facilities, 'kitchens' and a free internet.has a greatest location.the"rules" are flaxy enough to make everyone happy to enjoy an afternoon siesta or a glace of wine while cooking,socializing with mates. such an atmosphere and a charm of Nice made me stay a few days longer... Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating France 1st October 2008 Male 18-24 3/5 Comments: our stay was quite poor. the old lady\'s there are very nice and the place has a certain charm. but the level of cleanliness is just appaling. there is a punjant smell lurking throughout the building of damp/ rot. and there are lots of cockroaches!! pink lady said it was due to the poor drains in nice, but its not really acceptable. shows beds okish but there is a bad smell. no free wi-fi.

It'd be great for the hostel to hyre at least another person to help them (They were a little bit old and tired).

Kitchen in room but was infested with bugs and cochroaches and there was stale food. The locatoin is good but sont go our by yourself at night. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this place at all.

No air-con which I generally don't mind, but in Nice in the Summer - really needed at the very least a fan. Don't go to this hostel unless you're used to staying in hostels, because there are a lot of things you need to be able to get over before even being able to go to bed. Pinky Lady is nice, and so is the other lady though. Great location as well.

The people were all friendly and the ´pink lady´(who owns an impressive collection of pink dresses) was really really nice. Fairly close to the beach and the train station I would definately stay here again. Really cheap and good value for money,(just watch the tiny bathroom... oh and the washing machine inside your room if you´re lucky.)

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 27th July 2008 Male 18-24 2/5 Comments: Surprisingly bad since for our first 3 nights in nice we stayed in hotel petit trianon for 1 euro extra a night which is so much nicer and is a minute from the beach. since the shower curtain kept falling down and was useless the bathroom flooded so when going to the toilet u were greeted with nearly ankle deep water, which when dried left a scum on the floor, i didn\\\'t expect air con, but when they didn\\\'t even provide a fan in the middle of july it got very hot.

If she spoke English it would be fine. Provided that the price per night is only 17 euro I would recommend to stay there for a while :)

Very close to train station and great rooms with everything open. Plus the woman that cleans the rooms is HOT so it makes it worth while to stick around and watch her.
