Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating - 2nd June 2008 Female 25-30 2/5 Comments: While the flat is clean and spacious, it's in an old concrete tower block, on an estate full of old concrete tower blocks. There's a problem witht the drains so you have to hold your breath when you go into the bathrooms. You also have to take a tram into town, it's really not viable to walk in. There's no staff on site in case there is a problem. Didn't have any hassles, but there's no light's in the corridors, and the front door to the building doesn't lock, so didn't really feel safe.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 7th July 2006 Couple 18-24 1/5 Comments: We arrived in sofia and soon found that centrally located meant different things to Hostel Rossi as thanks to a helpful taxi driver we finally discovered the tower block that was to be our new home amongst the delightful setting that is a Soviet council estate. The Taxi driver even asked us what we were doing getting out here and basically wished us good luck as he sped off! We turned around and did not even dare to venture up the massive concrete block. So if you are interested in re-living soviet history in an out of town location some where in Bulgaria then stay here.
