Very polite and friendly girl at the reception, perfect speaking Spanish and English. Room and bathroom were clean but a shower cabin was sooo tiny. Breakfast was fine - freshly baked bred, croisants, jams and butter, juice, tea, coffee. Would stay again, value for money.

I have stayed in 5 star hotels all around the world so i have the right to say that this was truly exceptional!! I just can\'t say enough how beautiful the place was,amazing location, everything was a stones throw away, the owners of the hotel were WONDERFUL !!!!! what beautiful people, this is a MUST GO ! there was no room for improvement.

Great location because it is located walking distance to the beach and the old city, but a cab ride from Puerto Vanus, the clubbing area. Very clean room and bathroom. Highly recommended

The location was great, only a stone's throw from beach and shops. The staff were very helpful. Hostel Berlin is a very clean and homely hostel. I will certainly stay there again if I ever return to Marbella.

The receptionist is very nice and she recommended me cool places to visit and good places to eat. One day I was relaxing in the room after lunch (siesta) and there was jazz music playing somewhere in the hostel - great feeling.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Hostal Berlin is perfectly located only minutes away from the beach and the 'old' centre of Marbella. This was our second time there and we will certainly stay there again next time we are in Marbella.

It was much better than a boring hotel. The owner was a very friendly lady who tried to help anyway she could, but her English was not good. The room had enough space, the bathroom was quite big - everything nice and clean. The double bed was a pleasure to sleep on. There was free internet.

It just has a wonderful charm, is perfectly situated (close to the beach and the old city of Marbella) plus the staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic. I really had one of my best vacations ever, even though this was by far the cheapest and less planned trip I have ever made. I recommend it highly!!
