| Comments: The staff members at the Brewery Hostel were very warm and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The hostel\\\'s location isn\\\'t fabulous but it\\\'s not too out of the way either -- Dublin is a very walkable city. The bathroom was quite tiny and the place has a bit of an unidentifiable smell, but the great staff and chill common room (as well as the fact that you can serve yourself breakfast) make it a worthwhile place to stay. |

| Comments: The Brewery is a wonderful, friendly hostel--a bright retreat from rainy Dublin. I was a single female traveller and felt welcome and safe the whole time. Highly recommended. |

| Comments: Outside of hostel is a little down at heel, and the reception area a little unwelcoming, although the staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean enough, but a little faded and battered (hanging space was the remnants of a wardrobe re-bolted together as \"open plan\". Problem with water was solved quickly when reported. It\'s an OK place to stay, but possibly won\'t rush back for price now that am aware of hotels costing about the same price, unfortunately. |

| Comments: YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH WHEN YOU ARRIVE. There isn\'t much to do around the area at night if you aren\'t looking to walk to Temple Bar. The top floor all girls room was freezing because one of the windows was kept closed with tape. Get to breakfast early because there are about 20 seats in the kitchen for the entire hostel. |

| Comments: It\'s not exactly close to everything but for the price its the best option. Just make sure to get a bus pass and it'll be worth it. Also it gets very cold during the winter so bring warm clothes!!! |

| Comments: In the room was a strong smell and we couldn't open a window. The room was too small for 10 poeple with baggage. The breakfast was normal but I think it was a bit strange that we had to clean our dishes after breakfast!! 25 euros was too much for this hostel! |

| Comments: Our room (right above the common room) had a leak in the ceiling and water kept dripping all night on the second night there. We had been warned about shutting the shower door shut in our room to avoid that happening in the common room.
Security was great, and the staff very helpful. Lush common room although, as someone else had written previously - people sat there with their laptops or books, there wasn\'t too much mingling in the common room. |

| Comments: There were hairs in the bed, and just not a very clean, or safe place. There is only one key per room, so if you share you do not have access to it, so it might be locked when you get back at night. Also there are no lockers for you to keep your valuables in and the front desk said that we could keep the valuables with them until we got back.....no thanks! I do not recommend this hostel at ALL!! |

| Comments: Very poor hostel.
Rules about passports being needed illogical, and not apparent when booking. Was greatly inconvenienced by the hostels inability to accept credit cards. Although staff on the door were helpful enough, cleaning staff the following morning were deeply unpleasant in expelling us from the room at 10.30 on the dot, with little ceremony or tolerance. I will not be visiting this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. |

| Comments: Very helpful staff at the front desk; the key system is a bit weird, but it works. Common room was absolutely dead when we were there; more like a reading room than a place to meet people. But it definitely gets the job done, free breakfast is a plus, and isn't too terribly far from center city. |

| Comments: Things were clean and comfortable enough, but the 1 key per room policy is rubbish. It\'s not secure, as sometimes the room is left unlocked for hours on end during the day when people are napping or otherwise in the room. The common room was very big and the free wi-fi was great. Breakfast is average. The location is very close to Temple Bar and even closer to the Guinness brewery. The staff were excellent - very nice and helpful with directions, etc. |
