Broken windows, dirty, uncaring and lying staff. Examples: the claimed we had only made a reservation for 2 instead of 3 rooms, delivered tickets were not found until we made a great scene about it, when we accepted their offer about transfer they performed this task in a lousy manner at hight cost etc. Take this hostel away from your site, please!!! Told me they "couldn't do" the price on my confirmed booking and I'd have to pay more, then told that the room on my confirmed booking was unavailable and I needed to pay extra for another room as well. I left without checking in.

They charged me the full amount as I never printed the prepayment email I received from Hostel world and therefore couldn't prove it. They also failed to pick us up at the airport - a task that they had confirmed they would complete via an email. And they failed to provide us the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price. Over the next week, I will be going online to every website where they are listed on and enter these comments.
