Excellent location, friendly staff (especially the girl who spoke portuguese =) ) and a nice bar. I just didn´t get why the fire alarm was ringing so many times during the night on new years eve, I got very worried! A must stay!

Staff all very friendly with what looked like a great cafe and internet facilities. reasonably priced for the quality!

Private rooms need a toitlet...only a couple for the whole floor. Rooms not cleaned the entire time we were there (4 days) and the private roms are expensive for what they are but you are paying for the location, which is great. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

It really does not promote or help fellow travellers socialize because of the room set-up and lack of or promotion of organized outtings, tours, pub crawls, etc. I especially didnt not like the fact that you have to pay for internet access and the showers were very annoying. Am sure you could find better place to stay in Berlin

If it wasn't for the excellent location it would be nothing really. Its a pretty tacky place, brekky is average and expensive, they charge for sheet usage and I had to make my bed, not too mention the original room I got my bed was covered in rubbish and used condoms.. I am at Jetpak hostel now and very glad I made the move. Worth it.

There are 4 S-Bahn which bring you to the city. Furthermore there is also U-Bahn connection. Hostel is very clean, Security is excellent, friendly staff, but hostel as usual also clairaudient. Therefore if you really are looking to have your silence I would suggest to stay in a hotel. In spite of everything, I would recommend it....

The toilets were very messy by the evenings, the bathroom in our room did not lock. charge extra for sheets. the bar was boring, i guess everyone would go out so the atmosphere was not great there. it seemed to take a long time to speak to staff. the location is excellent, very close to everthing and easy to travel around. i would stay there again as it was a great location and overall the stay was fine and suited the purpose.
