It is located right next to the subway station and easy to get to the airport so it worked well for me...not much else around. Staff was very helpful. A little pricey for what you get...there could be better options out there for what we used it for.

The breakfast they provided was really good for the price they charge with variety. The room they gave us was nice and colourful. The hotel is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.

Conveniently located, only 10 minutes by tram from main station, 500 metres from the Historical Centre of the city. Nice, clean, with very attentive staff speaking several languages. Our room was big, airy, with TV, and the beds quite comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Decor looks a bit outdated, yet the athmosphere was really pleasant, for just a little more than similar comodities in a Hostel.

Not the prettiest area, but it did not feel like a bad neighborhood. Was nice to have a small bakery/cafe and grocery store nearby, and near the S-bahn location. The staff was friendly. One minor thing I did not like was the "new" wi-fi system they introduced the day I arrived. It meant that it was not free anymore (I think it was advertised as free internet). Price was OK, considering there was an expo going on in the city and was difficult to book a place at a decent price.

Room was comfortable, good for the price. However, room quite small but that wasnt really problem. You could not expect better for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend to anybody who wants a comfy stay at the city centre for a good price.

The staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate my request for a non-smoking room. There was also free internet in the lobby, which made it easy to send messages back home. Included in the price is a continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel is actually right in front of a tram stop making it very easy to get to from Frankfurt's main train station. Everyone's English was very good (my English is much better than my German!) and it was very easy to navigate the city. You should ignore the review that said that someone left after half an hour, the hotel was actually very nice. The only downside, however slight, was that the walls were a little thin but don't let this stop you. Nice place! Tom/Chicago/USA
