I booked 2 single rooms and only one available due to their error.They tried to sort something else out in another hotel without success & gave up. On checking out they wanted to still charge for 2 single rooms and in the end charged exorbitant rates for breakfast. I have since written to the hotel manager complaining of the situation. disappointing stay!

The breakfast buffet,was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My friends stayed in Hilton Cologne,700 euros for the weekend, my Hotel 80 euros,I met them on their last day having breakfast in McDonalds, the Hilton was so expensive. I would definately stay here again,its near to many local restaurants. Easy to get to the city center, without using taxis. The tram is a short walk.

If you're walking from the stations, expect about a 5-10 minute walk. It's in a good neighborhood, too. Wireless internet works great!

Very friendly staff with great english. Breakfast (when we managed to get up for it!) was a perfect start to the day. Very close to both the train and the metro with the train being the easier one to figure out. Trains to cologne were €2.10 per day both directions for as many trips as you want with it being very frequent. thank you all!!
