The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful and the bathroom rather looked like a closed. The loction was very nice, though, all of the rooms have seeview and are straight across from Brighton Pier.

We stayed for two nights and there was no hot water at any point. When the room was serviced, they took the towels and didn't replace them and when we went to reception to ask for some new ones, no one was anywhere to be seen. The continental "breakfast" involved us waiting half an hour and asking 5 times to finally receive a cold hard croissant, a stale muffin and a tub of yogurt. Total rip off.

Small winding staircase w/o elevator makes it hard to get your luggage there. Zero view of beach. Staff was mildly unfriendly. Took them ages to get my breakfast, then I had to eat it in 15min because breakfast time was over. Good location, close to Brighton pier.

But the owner was quick to fix the problem while we were out. It's a nice place to stay and really close to the beach.
