Showers are luke warm but the hostel is in Ireland so the 'feel' of it can't really go too wrong and breakfast is decent. Not the best stay I've had though.

I will not stay there again YHA Hostel on Mountjoy St in Dublin is great!

At that time of night people should be aware that others may be needing sleep for whatever reason. I had to use ear plugs. If I had not had them I would have willing forfeited my two nights payment and gone to a hotel.I was seriously tempted to in any case. Internet facilities were appreciated.

Because I do traveling a lot I know what i am talking about. Staff is very friendly, clean enough. One never get bored there. I would recommend it to any travelers setting foot in Ireland.

There was always a toilet with the seat up and a sprinkling of urine around it on the 2nd floor, and I've seen them go in there a few times from one of the rooms they're doing work in.

I wouldnt recommend it. I chose this hostel based on the review given on this website and was thoroughly disappointed.

People were out there late at night playing music and videos games and I couldn't sleep. Was like this every night. If they need wi-fi, the lobby is big enough. Also remove electical outlets, one girl was blow drying her hair at midnight. Need to soundproof doors better. Need new showers. Your staff is wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was that the walls are very, very thin. So I it was hard to fall sleep and to continue sleeping when the person next door was getting ready to leave at 6 am in the morning.

A major plus is that there is also free wifi. The only bad side is that the common room/reception area, with the free wifi, closes at 11 pm. VERY GREAT HOSTEL!
