| Comments: Tiny and Dirty
The appartment had no storage space for clothes, there was hanging rail in the understair cupboard with the vacum cleaner and other equipment. The only set of drawers were full of other things. The shower cubicle doors were broken so the water ran onto the floor. The appartment was alot smaller than we had expected and the kitchen facilities were poor. The whole appartment needed a good clean, everything was dusty, the chairs and beams were covered in dust. |

| Comments: Best place we stayed in Europe! An actual kitchen with all you need for cooking and a refridgerator, which is very useful in Venice considering the prices everywhere. Very clean and not far from the grand canal. |

| Comments: Perfect place for a couple, the entire building shares hot water so take showers early or late otherwise this place is great. Go to the market and buy pasta and cook it for dinner... |

| Comments: This was a great little apartment in the heart of Venice. Walking distance from all of the sights in the city, yet located on a very quiet street. The owner was helpful with giving us directions. A little cold and damp, like everything else in Venice during the winter, but a cozy room with a kitchenette. Nice to have a private place to relax while exploring such an amazing city. |

| Comments: It was a great place to stay especially in terms of location. The kitchen also provided the option to cook meals if desired. It was lovely for two friends who were happy to have a place to themselves for a few days. |

| Comments: The studio was in need of maintenance and cleaning. On arrival there was a empty toiletpaper roll in the toilet which we had to remove and the kitchen cupboards were filthy. Despite alerting the owner to the lack of hot water, she maintained it was fine so we spent four days having cold showers in winter. In addition the heating was marginal. On the plus side the location was very good. But if you're wanting a romantic weekend away the two single beds joined to form a double are not helpful unless your partial to spending a night slowly being wedged in the crack. |

| Comments: Excellent location, easy to get to everything within walking distance.
Only thing was there was no hot water, so had three days of cold showers which wouldve been ok in the summer, but it was freezing during the week we were there. |

| Comments: The bed cover led to allergic reactions from both of us, the heating had a fancy remote control but didn't heat. Still, the location was perfect and nothing could have spoiled the overall impression of this magnificent town. |

| Comments: This place rocks. The women helped us get there over the phone. The place was in a great location, slightly off the beatin path. Fresh local made wine near by and great food options. I would stay there again and again.
I did get bit by a spider or bug a few times through out the night... hope it wasnt something in the bed. :) |

| Comments: Close location, but on street level on back street. Cold, and landlady kept turning off the heater when we were out! Also no hot water, but fixed promptly (even though they tried to blame it on us). Good value for money though. |

| Comments: Studio Todeschi is the perfect place to stay if you want privacy and a very unique place in Venice as well as the quietness and security that the area offers. It's nicely decorated and has all the things you will need in a short stay.
I strongly recomend this place if you are traveling with your couple or if you want to get cozy and inspired, by the way, Venice is out of this world!

| Comments: this place is in a great location - however you never meet the owner and only get a phone call asking you to leave the money - there are no maps or useful information at the studio so initially expect to get lost - we suggest you arrive with a good map |

| Comments: Excellent value for a couple. Its self contained and walking distance to all attractions, yet out of the tourist trap. The lady was really nice, met us at the vaporetto stop and showed us to the apartment. She gave us a map and some info and then left us to enjoy it. We would definately stay again. The best value in Venice.
HINT: When getting around Venice, use the treghettos to get across the grande canal rather than walking to the nearest bridge. The stops are marked on city maps and its only 50 cents a crossing. Its a cheap gondola ride with the locals. |

| Comments: it was a really nice little apartment in venice, with a good location (anywhere in venice has a good location). there was a kitchenette, and it was well decorated and furnished. my only complaint was that there were little flies all around the room, which was not attractive, but i'm not sure if that was just because venice has flies and when windows are open, flies come in? |

| Comments: Fantastic location - it felt like we were living in Venice. The owner was very helpful, meeting us at the ferry stop and escorting us to the apartment, but then leaving us alone to enjoy this magnificent city. The apartment would be ideal for a couple - comfortable, with a well equipped, modern bathroom - but it was a little cramped when set up as a twin room. |

| Comments: not a hostel but an extremely clean and cute room. downfall was that it was really hard to find and check in is not 24 hours so we had to search for it ourselves late at night. also, there was no readily available staff to ask questions-unless you wanna rack up ur minutes to call the owner. the room itself is extremely clean and nice. you'll definitely have your privacy. |
