| Comments: The hostel itself is almost impossible to find, not to mention it isn't even located in Cadiz as advertised. In order to get to Cadiz, or anywhere for that matter, you have to take two buses which gets very expensive, very fast. The one positive is that it is located right on the beach and has a beautiful view. The building itself looks fairly shabby from the outside but is more like a hotel than a hostel on the inside. We were also the only ones in the entire hostel, including the owners who live a few blocks away. The owners themselves seemed nice for the five minutes that we saw them, but were not even there when we attempted to check in. When checking in make sure you have a phone to call them multiple times and an hour plus to kill. |

| Comments: I thought it would have been cadiz where we were supposed to stay but it turned out to be far away from that town. nevertheless, a nice stay though.
so just make sure in advance where you are going to stay overnight if it is cadiz or somewherelse. it may change your travel plans. |

| Comments: the hostel is directly at the beach. we had a room with direkt view on the ocean, but if you want to do culturalthings you have to know, that the hostel is about 25km away from cadiz, but you can take a bus to near citys easily. nice hostel for a beachstay, but a littlebit expensiv in my oppinion espessial the food in the restaurant, which is in the hostel. |

| Comments: When wanting to checkout at 9:30 in the morning there was no staff to be found and we left the money for our room behind. Within a few hours we received an email from then without any excuses but with an extra bill for a breakfast and drink that we "forgot" to pay. Not really my style of doing business to be honest! |

| Comments: If you book via hostels.com, breakfast is NOT included although it costs 35€/ night. You'd better book via telephone, because then you pay 35 and don't have to pay breakfast extra. |

| Comments: Hostal was in an excellent location. Rooms got very hot and air con was essential which worked well. Shower was a good size and rooms were cleaned well but could have changed towels more often. Staff were helpful. |

| Comments: This hostel was in the most beautiful location, if your after a nice quiet beachside holiday then this is for you. The lady at reception was very welcoming and all around were smiling faces. The room, and bathroom couldve been cleaned a little better daily but it was nothing major and its only a small buisness. We´d definately recommend it and would return in a second. |

| Comments: This hostel was great....however it is in a small beachside community about 30 minutes from Cadiz....the directions were not very efficient and there were very few signs to tell you where to go....not even just for the hostal but also hard to even find the general area. The hostal is right on the beach....very nice views!! The room was very spacious and clean. |

| Comments: !!! Around 40 min out of Cadiz City Center by Car (close to Novi Sanct Petri) !!!
That means at least very poor but the location directly at the nice beach made it up. Big Touristic Area around.
Good: 90 min to Sevilla, 30 min to Trafalgar, 90 min to Gibraltar (all by car).
Good for recreation.
Beware: Speed controlling police maniacs often everywhere in this area. |

| Comments: The three flats are right on the beach but right above a restaurant so it was a bit loud and I can imagine it could get really loud. The location was fantastic though with a terrace overlooking the beach |

| Comments: We arrived at the hotel to be told that there "was a problem with the room" even though we had booked over 3 weeks before? We chose this hotel because of location to Jerez airport (25k it states) but it is 50k to the airport and over 25 to the train station that states is 5k. We had to get a taxi to the airport which cost 70 euros, as we would have not been able to get to the airport on time as we were on pedal cycles and would have took over2- 3 hours to get to airport compared to 1 ish hour. Was not happy it was 40 minutes by taxi. We should have been contacted to tell us the room was not available. We were put in a 1 star hotel but still had to pay the same... Not Happy |

| Comments: Sarah (an employee at the hostel) was very sweet and helpful. Although this hostel is rather far from central Cadiz, it offers a delightful view of the beach, and the rooms are very clean and enjoyable. We were very pleased with our whole experience! |

| Comments: We stayed in a downstairs room, which although didn't have sea views from the window when you walked into the bar which was literally outside of the door then you could sit on the patio just metres from the beach. It did feel strange being so close to the bar, but the location more than made up for this. |

| Comments: excellent place with masses of great beach for quite little accomodation. You do not need go anywhere else as shops and bars are close enough. The one big importance is that it is a far way away from cadiz and san fernando (much more than the 5 k advertised ) so expect a 25 ish euro cost for a taxi to anywhere else usefull. |

| Comments: This is a hotel, not a hostel. We were glad to get out private room with nice shower after traveling around for a while staying at hostels. The bed is comfortable and we have AC in our room. The location is by far the best ever! We're right on the Barrosa beach with good view of the sunset on the balcony. The restaurant down stairs is also pretty good. If you're looking for a break from your tavels this is definitely the place to recharge! |

| Comments: This Hostal was extremely nice, clean, and had a perfect view of La Barossa beach, since it is a beach front hostal. All the staff was very friendly, even with the language barrier. The restaurant/bar is a great place to relax and actually get good food. Stay here and take in the beach and locals, you wont regret it! |

| Comments: I payed 11,50€, and when i got there i didn't had a room, that i had booked!
The staff said that they didn't had my reservation; So i would like to complain, and get a refund of my 11,50€.
Still the staff were nice enough to get an alternative place.
Even tough i was pretty upset. One thing is to be 5 feet from the beach, another its 500 yards from the beach. |

| Comments: The Hostal El Campanario is not in Cadiz, it is on the beach a few kilometres from Chiclana which itself is a 30 minute bus ride from Cadiz. Our directions were that it was 5 kilometres from San Fernando train station - it was not - it was a 25 kilometre taxi ride, luckily the driver had a good idea where it was otherwise we would never have found it. It was not what we expected but the location and helpful staff more than made up for it. Very good value for money (half price compared to hostal in Seville) |
