| Comments: I was disappointed when I got there. The single rooms are so small you can barley fit your luggage next to the tiny bed. They do not clean the shared bathrooms until after the weekend. The hotel walls were very thin and you could hear all the guests at night and in the morning. However, I did not mind the location, just 2 blocks from a large area and the main tram stop to Central Station. |

| Comments: The staff was very helpful with providing me with suggestions of sights to see. They also were helpful with my luggage. My only complaint was the condition of the "shared bathroom". The hotel advertised that it had been renovated, but I think some money should have been put into that room as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. |

| Comments: In spite of telling in their web page that the hotel has lift, the first and the second floor doesn't have it and the stairs are very steep. I have problems to move my luggage there. |

| Comments: This was perfect - quiet and safe and although not in the Centro - only a 15 - 20 minute casual walk from the Centro and within walking distance of everything else (all the districts). I only had to take the tram when I was in a hurry. Organic health food store around the corner. Definitely the best deal in town! by North American standards the bed and room are small - but you only sleep there and it was absolutely quiet!.... and HOT showers :) Thank you!

| Comments: Very nice, modern double room. Good location near public transport, food, and bars but on quiet street. Not a place to hang out but a good, clean place to stay. |

| Comments: I've just returned from a stay at Hotel Jupiter and I was really happy with my experience. I was looking for somewhere clean and central, and that was exactly what I got. Booking through trav also meant I got a much better rate (10 euro less) than what I would have paid directly through the hotel. Plus, I was very lucky because I arrived an hour or so before they were expecting me and as such, I was given a room with an ensuite rather than shared bathroom. If you can, go for the ensuite option because the bathrooms are recently renovated and well worth the couple of extra euros. Also, the breakfast is FANTASTIC! It far surpassed my expectations - boiled eggs, different types of breads, jams, cheeses, hams, juice, tea, coffee, fruit, and everything was so fresh!
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere unpretentious, basic, clean and very close to the heart of Amsterdam. |

| Comments: Lovely and elegant hotel. It is for the disciplined travellers: no smoking at all, and breakfast ends at 9:30am, but that's what I am looking for so I like it. The receptionists are quite nice. Will stay there again if I visit Amsterdam in the future. |

| Comments: Good hotel a little pricey but rooms were nice and breakfast was included. Best thing about the hotel though was the locaton within ten minutes walking of the centre and right beside the best museums and galleries, worst thing was the staff with probably the most unfriendly and expressionless hotel manager I have ever met (although his manner was just so deadpan and rude it was hilarious and probably added to the trip)! |

| Comments: We like staying round this area of Amsterdam as it's easy to get places and do things but it is quiet at night. The walls are a bit thin and the beds are hard but once you got used to this, this was fine. The included breakfast was good and we would stay here again. |
