| Comments: Excellent for a business trip. Should have more information about Subway and bus schedules available. Very quiet for a nice rest after business meetings. |

| Comments: Fantastic night's stay at the end of a very long drive (from Vienna!) - staff were friendly, the food was incredible, we had a lovely time. Thanks very much. |

| Comments: Lack of respect with the client is what resume this Hotel. I did the reservation through "Hostels.com" and in the Hotel mainpage was informing "24 hours reception". My flight delayed and when I arrived in the Hotel it was closed. I called a number informed in its window (in its entrance) and a girl answered the phone. I said I was in front of the Hotel and asked to open it for me, and she said "no because the Hotel was closed" and the 24 hours reception is ONLY on weekends. My arguments that the Hotel is responsible for its information in the internet and me as a client could not discover by myself that the information was wrong were not enough. Therefore I asked the girl what should I do because I was alone, I'm woman, my first time in the city, foreign, non german speak and it was already 01:30 am! And she kindly told me that since it "was my fault" (forgetting that is the Hotel responsibility give correct information to the guests) they could not do anything for me. I was desperate with the situation and for realized the lack of "client focus" from this lady and its managers. Fortunately I started to walk around the neighborhood and I found a taxi that drove me to a Hotel. All the extra expenditures that I had , the Hotel Ambassador didn't refund me. I hope that at least they'll keep their word and proceed with the cancellation of the whole reservation avoiding any kind of MORE damage for me. |
