Comments: It is an average hotel in Barcelona. It was clean, quite, airdonditioned and there is a pool on the roof which i didn't try. We did not have a good view from our rooms (and didn't excpect it) and there was nothing else what would make me stay in the room except of sleeping. If wou want to explore the center of bearcelona it is a good stay... it is a 5 minute walk to the metrostation. The sea is really far away, the rambla is reachable within 45 minutes by foot. The staff isn't overwhelming friendly, but very helpfull if you need something.

Comments: we booked the hotel for the safe under ground car park only to find that someone had been down in the garage playing with our motorcycles and left one with £2000 worth of damage and hotel will take no responsability for something that happened on thier permises

| Comments: The evening receptionist wasn´t very friendly AT ALL. We checked in, and basically, it was just him giving me a key to the room. I asked if I needed to pay and took out my Visa, and he waved it away. We got to the room, and couldn´t turn on any lights. Frustrated, I went downstairs where he was explaining to the other new check-ins how to turn on the lights. I asked him how, and he told me, and then asked for my Visa to record my number. I didn´t have it, so I had to make another trip up and down to get it for him. Asked for a second room key (we had booked 2 people), but they only had ONE room key. Morning receptionist was a very nice lady in contrast. Very clean, quiet location, but hard to find the pool.

Comments: the pool advertised was not open except for 1 day which was the main reason we picked that hotel as it was a 20min walk from the city centre. That was a big problem other than that no complaints.

Comments: My stay at the Hotel Aston was excellent. The hotel is close to the Hospital-Clinic metro station and provides easy access across the city. The room was spotless and there is a daily buffet breakfast for six euro that is delicious.
