Clean, secure, friendly staff, fairly close to all major attractions and restuarants. A couple of slight problems though: We had a center room so our window faced the lobby and had no access to fresh air. Also, our air conditioning did not work and the room became quite stuffy.

However the room sounded like a fish tank all night with water tanks bubbling, although i slept ok as am sound sleeper. but there was a lot of noise to be heard from drinkers in the lobby (only one night) as all bedrooms open onto balcony just above lobby! all in all i was happy with standard of accomodation and superb location.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Wales 20th April 2006 Female 18-24 4/5 Comments: Amazing renovation of a traditional Sevillian building - this is not a hotel trying to be a "traditional" building, and those looking for Andalucian tiles and chinz should look elsewhere. This is a modern bright building with a fantastic location, close to some brilliant tapas bars and where locals would hang out. The only critisism would be the lack of in-room information check-out times and breakfast, but this could be down to the newness or minimalism of the hotel.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 17th April 2006 Male 41+ 3/5 Comments: you advertise this as bed and breakfast when if fact breakfast is extra...my total amount was 315 euros writtne in bold letters on the bill this in fact didnt include taxes which was written in small print i find this way of extorting more money out of the customer to be a bad mannered way of doing buisiness .. but i dont suppose things will change as i´m sure this wont be dealt with ..which begs the question what is the point of this research???? ps as your name is trav why are you fronting for hotels???

The rooms could have used a mini-bar and satellite television. But overall a nice hotel, in the heart of the historic section of town.
