We stayed in a 3 bed room, and it was nice to have some privacy to ourselves compared to hostels. The beds and bathrooms are clean, and I don't have anything really bad to say about it. The beach is in walking distance, as well as Old Nice.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Colombia 2nd April 2008 Couple 31-40 3/5 Comments: they need to clarify the directions to get there. it actually is like two blocks from the promenade des anglais. my room smelled like cigarrettes but i just opened the window and it was alright. small room but nice, no shower but a tub with a handle, so it ended up being a little tricky to shower. also, no shower curtain so the bathroom was a mess! continental breakfast for 5 euro was ok. i recommend it

It was quite close to the beach which was really nice. The room that we stayed in was livable, but it could have been a little bit cleaner. I think the hotel was still under construction, including our room, which was probably a reason for not being as nice. The staff was friendly though, which was pleasant.

The location was quite good- a little far from old nice but very close to the beach etc.. The only down fall for me was that the walls in the hotel were paper thin and we were next to a very "sensitive" lady who wanted to sleep at 9pm... if you are whispering you can hear threw those walls!!!

We asked her where the supermarket was and it was the biggest hassle for her to tell us... Rude girl. Apart from her the place is ok, get what you pay for. the floors in the rooms are quite dirty, the bathrooms dont smell that great, but its ok. location is great.

Rather expensive (at least €50/ night). Bathroom smelled like sewage probably because every time the room above me flushed the toilet water drained through the floor down my bathroom mirror and in my shower. Reception only made me pay of the 2 nights I had to cancel due to an emergency but it`s amazing what people will say about you when they think you do not speak their language. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are in dire need of a place to stay.

Other than that, the room was very nice. The location wasn't too bad. Close to the ocean. Has an elevator and snack machine. Beds are big enough to fit three people.

If you want to meet other travelers, this probably is not the best place to do it, but good accomodations, helpful staff, and if the weather is nice, awesome location

On the bright side, they do have two loudly chirping caged birds in the "lobby."

Walls were very thin in the hotel so it could be a problem if you have noisey neighbours. Great location. Directions are terrible. There is no Sheraton hotel in Nice. You're best bet is to head down towards the beach, turn right walking towards the Negresco, and Rue Andrioli is about 4 blocks passed it. Turn right onto Andrioli and follow it up 2 blocks.

There were lots of restaurants nearby. The shower leaked so much that it leaked down to the room below us. There was obviously lots of water damage near the shower.
