Other than, that you need to take a taxi to get much of anywhere. Even the airport is not as close as I had hoped. However, the neighborhood it is in is quiet, peaceful and safe as compared to the bustle and madness that characterized much of Dakar. I know the others guests and the hotel have the same attitude. In this hotel everybody pays twice. The treatment was very badly For you it's better not to recommended.

The patio was nice and the hotel seemed to have some potential, but the rooms were shabby and not very well maintained and the staff was rather surly. Perhaps for travelers on a budget, but I would not stay there again.
