Very well located, a few minutes away from the nearest metro station, but almost all the tourist attractions are reachable on foot (a few minutes away from piazza di Spagna). It's not a hostel but a flat so you can feel there really comfortable. @2 double rooms, kitchen and bathroom - we felt there really good.

However, it is a far walk from the casttle and the sites between the coliseum and the vatican since there isn't any trains in that area. When we arrived the appartment was not ready and we waited around 40 min, after that it was ok. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom was clean, as well as the rooms. It is a nice place to stay.

Great having a lift to the floor and relatively close to a supermarket. Quiet location with restaurants close by. Very good overall.

However, it may be appropriate to add a toaster which would make breakfast so much easier. I would also suggest that new cups were purchased as out of the 4 cups that were there, one was badly chipped and the other one cracked. Although this did not detract from the pleasant stay we had in the apartment I thought it would be beneficial for you to be aware of these. Looking forward to coming back to Rome. Enjoyed our stay and definatley making a point to return.

Next to luxurious hotels, almost like an upper east side location in new york, and a 10 minute walk to the spanish steps and another 10 to the trevi fountain. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only problem I had staying here was the shower had clogged the first night. After calling the owner the next day, it was fixed in less than an hour. The staff was very helpful.
