It is only 5 minutes walk from the Bellavista area and about 10 minutes from the town centre. It is in a nice, safe, quiet area and we would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

It's a short walk to the metro and Jose is a very congenial host. The common living areas of the condo were cluttered. Jose is a collector and apparently never gets rid of anything, but some may see it as giving the place character. The bottom line is that the room was clean and conveniently located, the place is very safe, Jose was very accommodating, and we would stay here again. Since it is a private dwelling it does not have the amenities that can be described as "fun", but that is not what we were looking for when we booked.
